Client Problem:
The original home had low ceilings with popcorn texture, old flooring, poor insulation, and a cramped layout that made the space feel dark and dated. The fireplace and partition walls blocked natural light, and much of the interior finish work was uneven or failing.
Our Solution:
We fully demoed the existing layout, including walls, doors, fireplace, and popcorn ceilings. Light framing allowed us to open up the floor plan, and new insulation improved comfort and efficiency. After leveling and installing new subfloor and LVP, we skim coated all existing walls and installed new drywall to a Level 5 finish. The entire interior was primed and painted, and we completed the look with new baseboards and doors, creating a bright, modern, cohesive interior.
