  • Yes — primer is always included in our drywall pricing.

    Finished paint is optional and can be added as part of a complete interior package, which many clients choose because it’s more cost-effective and ensures a seamless final result from drywall through paint.

    3. Pre-Drywall Preparation
      Includes stud inspection, shimming (when required), protection of adjacent areas, and site preparation.

    4. Drywall Installation
      Professional hanging, fastening, and layout for optimal finish quality.

    5. Taping, Mudding & Sanding
      Multi-phase finishing using premium compounds, with attention to seams, corners, and transitions.

    6. Skim Coating (If Applicable)
      Full or partial skim coats for Level 5 or wall resurfacing projects.

    7. Priming
      High-quality PVA primer applied to properly seal the surface and prepare for paint.

    8. Painting (Optional)
      Premium interior painting for a turnkey, finished product.

    9. Final Walkthrough
      We review the completed work with you and address any final touch-ups.
