What Your Drywall and Painting Package Includes
Your written proposal identifies the surfaces, preparation, finish, and painting included. We plan the work as a complete wall and ceiling package.
Protection and preparation
Floor protection, work-area containment, and surface or framing preparation appropriate to the project.
Installation or repair
Drywall hanging or replacement, backing, and corner reinforcement where included in the scope.
Finishing for your space
Taping, coating, sanding, and the specified texture or smooth finish.
Surface Inspection & Touch-Ups
We check surfaces under work lighting and address areas needing touch-ups before finish painting.
Primer & Interior Painting
PVA primer on new drywall or the appropriate primer for existing surfaces, followed by at least two coats of interior paint on the agreed walls and ceilings.
Cleanup and walkthrough
Removal of our project debris and a final review of the completed work.

We complete the agreed drywall work, finishing, primer, and painting, followed by cleanup and a final walkthrough.

Your schedule includes drying time between coats of joint compound, primer, and paint. We’ll discuss anticipated timing before work begins.
